I have spent more than 25 years trading, broking and leading teams in financial markets.
It's an environment where decisions carry real consequence.
And when your career, your performance and your team's productivity are how you're measured, it can be surprisingly hard to find somewhere to think through the decisions you need to make, openly and objectively.
I know, because I've been there.
The decisions I've made
Over those years I moved organisations, stepped into team management, pivoted from trading to broking and launched three start-ups outside of finance.
With every one, I spent longer than I should have asking myself:

"Could I?"
"Can I?"
Beyond my own thinking and conversations with family and friends, I really didn't know where else to go or who I could sit down with to explore my options openly and objectively.
That's a big part of why I do what I do today.
What I do
Through Arena Performance, I offer confidential, independent conversations for financial markets professionals, leaders and teams facing important decisions about their career, their performance and team alignment.

Team Alignment. Helping teams build clarity, alignment and collective performance, in an environment where people can speak openly and honestly.
My role is not to provide the answers. It is to create the conditions in which your best thinking happens. The decision always stays yours.
How I work
How I work is shaped first and foremost by experience: more than two decades in environments where mistakes had consequences, pressure was constant and the ability to think clearly mattered.
It is also supported by formal training, including a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching. But qualifications are only part of the story. The real foundation comes from having lived difficult decisions, responsibility and uncertainty first hand.
