I spent over 25 years in financial markets, trading and leading teams across some of the world's leading international banks and brokerage firms. My roles involved decisions with real consequences, for my team and for the wider business. Performance depended not just on technical skill, but on clarity of thinking, the ability to test assumptions, and how effectively people operated together under pressure.
