The Reality stage encourages you to take an honest look at your current situation. We often can face blind spots regarding performance, stress levels & the ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance. By exploring your present reality, we work towards an increased awareness that can lead to a deeper understanding of your strengths, areas for improvement, & external factors influencing your progress.
Understanding your own personal biases, drivers, work habits, & emotional triggers can lead to better decision-making and improved interpersonal relationships, in turn facilitating your move towards greater overall performance & balance.

We often encounter complex problems that require non-standard, innovative solutions. The options phase encourages creative thinking by prompting you to explore multiple pathways outside of your standard route to achieve your goals & where all your option’s are explored in a non-judgmental way. In place of relying on habitual approaches, together we investigate how to learn & think more broadly & critically in a curious, yet challenging way.

Our final step, The will, focuses on defining your specific actions & ensuring your commitment & time to those actions. Defining what is required not only from personal accountability, but also from external resources & support needed for you to succeed. 
Here we focus on helping you to stay on track & committed to your goals. Our coaching sessions ensure sustained progression & continued ownership of your actions, which in turn creates a greater self-belief & optimism leading to your goal attainment.
